At Brand of Brothers, we prefer using the high-quality silkscreening method to decorate shirts, hoodies, and tote bags.
Silkscreening, otherwise known as screenprinting, uses plastisol or water-based inks and emulsion screens. These inks are custom-mixed
for each project based on the Solid Coated Pantone Color Book. Each color in your logo requires its own screen. The screens with
their respective colors are then set up on to one of our two machines; at the shop we have a sixteen color machine for mass production,
as well as a six color machine for smaller projects.
We prefer silkscreening because it is of higher quality, and more affordable than other methods, such as heat press and digital print.
Don’t get us wrong, these other methods have their place and we use them when a specific project benefits from it.
